We ship orders with USPS Priority (1-3 days) OR UPS (1-3 days). Due to nationwide shipping delays, you may receive your order within 5-7 days.

What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Item(s) must be unworn, in the original condition, and with all tags attached. Any item(s) that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable. The return shipping fee is at your cost. You can pay for your own shipping postage, or we can provide you with one for $7.99, which will be deducted from your refund total.

2022 Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made from November 20 - December 23 will be accepted through the portal until January 9. Package must be postmarked prior to January 9 to be accepted. If package is postmarked after January 9, the order will not be accepted and customer will be charged shipping fee to return package.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the heavily discounted pricing, items purchased under 'Clearance' are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Please email us at email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
Orders that exceed our returns and exchange time frame are final sale.

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and receive an immediate email notification. Please remember it can take 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
